Canon EOS R6 Mark II Freezing

I have a Canon EOS R6 Mark II that I bought 3 months ago. The camera freezes when I'm shooting and won't turn off until I remove the battery. I've updated the firmware, and it's still the same. I've also turned off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but it still makes no difference. What can I do about it pls?

Is it new or used? Is the battery genuine Canon? What do you mean by "freezes". Shutter stuck open and won't do anything? Loses or saves the last photo? Have you performed a factory reset (https://cam.start.canon/en/C012/manual/html/UG-08_Set-up_0320.html)? What kind of memory card are you using?

Sometimes non-genuine batteries and micro-sd-adapted memory cards cause bad behavior.

Never to that on a camera you believe to be not operating correctly. The first thing and always the first thing to try is a full reset of the camera. Next is make sure you have a fully charged battery. Remove any non-Canon accessories you may have on the R6 Mark II. Call Canon 1 (800) 652-2666
