EOS 2000D screen goes black, shutter button has become unresponsive

I have a weird problem with my canon. Recently while taking a Photo my camera turned off the screen. I naturally restarted, it worked fine for few minutes then it happened again. Now when i turn it on, screen is black and camera is not responsive to to the shutter button(it pushes normally so the button is not blocked). Also every time i turn it on(or change Photo mode manually) i hear the shutter sound. It does that even when the lens is taken off.

Has anyone had this type of a problem with their Canon? I would very grateful for any kind of help or idea how to fix this.

If you can turn it on and access the Menus, reset it back to default settings. You may have set something without knowing it. Menus, wrench, clear all settings and clear all custom settings.
