    <description>&lt;P&gt;need assistance with registering my new camera.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You probably bought a return that had already been registered. You need to call Canon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Note that the error does not say that it is registered to *you*.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
