Has anyone dropped the camera? Could somehow the mirror be askew causing you to think you've aligned well when it's really off? #Brainstorming

My photos are tilting to the left when I try to take a portrait picture. I line up the photo in the lens before I shoot the photo but when I go to edit photos I see that they are all tilting to the left. Could this be a. Issue with my lens or the camera itself. I have been using the 18-55mm lens and a macro 100mm lens.
