&lt;P&gt;You can schedule repair, cleaning, color calibration or &lt;STRONG&gt;alignment&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your MyCanon account.&amp;nbsp; The products must be registered.&amp;nbsp; Once you are logged in, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the Nav Pane menu, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Service and Repair&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Once you select the service, you'll see the pricing.&amp;nbsp; Time to complete varies depending on the time of year.&amp;nbsp; We're heading into one of the busiest times for service but if you do it now turn around should be pretty quick.&amp;nbsp; Probably about a week or a week and a half.&amp;nbsp; As summer approaches that time will increase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I got an email inviting me to get my camera and lens AF aligned.&amp;nbsp; But I can not figure out how to find out&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;two things:&amp;nbsp; First - how long does my gear have to be away?&amp;nbsp; Second - how much does it cost?&amp;nbsp; I will NOT&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;initiate this process without knowing these answers.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for helping.&amp;nbsp; - Jim in the PNW&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check out the email address. Is it from Canon.com? My credit card company is always sending me dire warnings, but then I look at the full email address and it it NOT the bank through which the card is issued.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can do a Reverse email Lookup and see who owns that email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's legitimate, there should be a company listed with an address and a phone number to call.&lt;/P&gt;
