EOS R5 Unknown menu when starting up the camera

I have a R5, and whn I start the camera in one of the user program (C3) it shows an menu the dissapears after a few seconds. I cant find this in any manual. The program is based on the FV program. And the same menu comes if I have FV as activated. I put a picture on the 2 menu rows that says that I can reset things... I am a litte curios what this means.

This is the reminder of the reset methods for the FV mode.

Short press of the delete (the trash can)to reset the highlighted selection and long press to reset all the settings.

Thanks, I thoght it was just a reminder. I changed from TV a short while ago and didn't see it until last week.

Once you get used to the way FV works I think you will like it. I am still learning how to use it but the better I get with it the more I like it.

If you would like a more in depth manual try Nina Bailey's web site, they are not free but I think they are worth it.
