    <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally had a minute to continue my attempt to register my new camera.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate you trying to help me but I still unable to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The registration/warranty cards included with the camera direct me to use&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.registercanon.com/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.registercanon.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I visit the &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am unable to create an account because of the 403 Error.&amp;nbsp; I get the same error when I navigate to the link you provided to navigate to the "Contact Us".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have invested a ton of time trying various ways to either register and/or find a way to contact tech support and can't seem to accomplish either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for taking time to try to help me.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate it very much!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to register new camera, Canon site shows 403 error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a Canon Rebel T7 for Christmas.&amp;nbsp; Of course, I wanted to register my product right away.&amp;nbsp; However, I am receiving all sort of errors within the site.&amp;nbsp; I am getting 403 Errors (The request could not be satisfied) and ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID errors when I attempt register the product and/or create a "MyCanon" Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Registration for the community boards must be different since I was able to register here and able to post this message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Given the fatal errors on the site and my inability to navigate to any sort of contact information to obtain support I have resorted to posting here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone direct me to hot to contact customer support?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get an issue going to &lt;A href="http://www.registercanon.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.registercanon.com&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is listed as an unsafe site.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure why you are trying that site (may be the one on the registration card - sorry, I don't have one in front of me).&amp;nbsp; If you are in the UK, I would suggest starting with&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.canon.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.canon.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or in the US&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; One you reach the Canon site associated with your location you can establish an account and register your product.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Also, I realize I didn't answer your question about support.&amp;nbsp; The US support page is at&amp;nbsp;auth.myprofile.americas.canon.com/oauth/signin/callback?code=7fee0fea-c284-4e40-ad13-b9ef53fdf081&amp;amp;state=8d1eedeb397056a0e54b3377470e900e&amp;nbsp; There is a "Contact Us" section at the bottom of that page.&amp;nbsp; I think registration will need to your first step however.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad you got the support that you needed to get your product registered.&amp;nbsp; Feel free to ask any question that you have, but if you are new I suggest that you begin by understanding your camera by working through your manual and understanding all of your camera settings. You can also take a lot of pictures on automatic setting to learn composition, but also spend time with the camera in manual mode to understand the basics.&amp;nbsp; There are excellent online resources to help guide you.&amp;nbsp; Take your time and have fun.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
