Greetings ,

What codec / settings were used to record these files?

How are you transferring these files to your PC or MAC? What OS are you using.. Version and build?

EOS R6 Mark III Compression type not supported

I just came home from a video interview recorded on my new canon eosr6 mkiii and alle the videos are fine except for 3.

When I try to use these 3 videos adobe media encoder and Premiere says "compression type not supported"

No videoplayer shows the video, and on the computer the properties says 0 bytes.

But IN the camera i can watch the videos with no problem.

These videos are pretty important for the shoot - so how do i get them to show right on my PC?

If the computer properties says 0 bytes, then the files on the computer are empty. Since they play on the camera, they evidently didn't copy over correctly. So how did you copy them? Was it USB by any chance? Because that isn't really supported. Try putting the memory card into a reader attached to your computer.
