      <title>EOS R5 registration issue: Serial number invalid</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased my R5 back in 2022 from Adorama. When trying to register my R5, it is giving me the error attached below. I am wondering if it may have been a kit originally but got separated by Adorama. I did not purchase it as a kit, but I'm wondering if that may be why I'm receiving the below error. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you get it resolved?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"The serial number you have entered is invalid for one or more of the following reasons:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) The serial number does not match the product you have selected (FCC ID which starts with "AZD" is often mistaken for serial number.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) The serial number entered indicates this product was not intended for sale in the United States and is ineligible for registration and support in the U.S."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the third digit of the S/N a 2 or a 3? 2 is North American market; 3 is EU market.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
