Rattling in EOS R6

Hi, I have a Canon R6 mirrorless camera, which I love and use all the time. Just this week I am noticing that, when I am videoing, the camera is making a rattling sound, and it is audible in the videos. I'm hoping something hasn't loosened or broke inside... Any suggestions?

Is it the camera or the lens? If your lens has it, turn off IS.

Also, try setting manual focus.

What lens are you using with the body? Is it RF or EF? If you are using an adapter, is it a Canon branded adapter?

I have the Canon 28-70 lens, no adapter:)

There is no rattle with manual focus

I have just received my brand new R6 Mk2 by DHL today and I could hear the rattling before I'd even opened the package. I was convinced I'd need to send it back to the supplier but did a Google check and discovered this forum so I'm glad it is apparently quite normal. I'm just waiting for the battery to charge so I can power it on and hopefully the rattle will disappear.
