Unable to remove deregister camera and lens kit from account

I sold the camera/lens kit and need to remove it from my Canon account, but I don't see how to delete it.

Hi there,

If you click on the item you're trying to un-register there's a trashcan in the top right corner of the window that pops up. I took a screenshot on my account for reference:

Unfortunately, mine doesn’t have the trashcan available. It just shows a pencil icon to edit.
