EOS R5 Mark II suggestion: Integrated Live-View Highlight Alerts (Stills)

Hello everyone!

Everything I have tried to post so far has been marked as Spam, so let's see if the third time is a charm. I recently switched from Sony and Olympus to the EOS R5 Mark II and these are two features that I believe are missing compared to the competition. If you are a Canon developer and reading this, please take note:

1. Real-Time Clipping Alerts (Stills)
Feature: Live, in-viewfinder/on-screen indication of Highlight and Shadow Clipping.
Implementation: Use adjustable zebra stripes or a color overlay.
Justification: Eliminates post-exposure histogram checks. Essential for ETTR and maximizing dynamic range in high-contrast or night shooting. Maximize image capture precision.
2. Single-Button Access for Advanced Modes
Feature: Dedicated programmable button assignment for advanced capture modes.
Implementation: Allow an Fn button to toggle and customize settings for:
Focus Stacking (FS)
Exposure Bracketing (EB)
Pre-Continuous Shooting (Pre-Capture)
Justification: Improves speed and efficiency by bypassing deep menu navigation. Critical for professional fieldwork. (Precedent: R6 Mark III Pre-Capture assignment.)

These features are high-value and I'm shocked that they are not in this class of camera. Please prioritize their integration.

For other readers, what are your thoughts? Have you dealt with these issues before or do you have a method that circumvents them altogether?
