EOS R6 Mark II can be connected directly to Zoom and other apps for video conferencing. It does not need the EOS Webcam utility. There’s a a setting in the Setup menus that changes how the camera uses the USB connection, and one choice is Video calls / streaming.

https://cam.start.canon/en/C012/manual/html/UG-08_Set-up_0310.html

Just make sure to use a good quality USB-C cable that supports data transfer, not just a small phone charging cable. If your PC has a USB-C port use a USB-C to USB-C cable that is rated for 10Gbps data.

Be aware that the camera can only communicate with one app at a time. This means that you can’t have two separate apps open simultaneously that take turns communicating with the camera. The camera doesn’t know how to switch between apps.

A PC, laptop or desktop, doesn’t typically have a video input port for video capture.

It's the USB connection you need to use. Just make sure to use a cable that supports data transfers. Most phone charging cables do not support data at all, or only at slow rates. I usually use a Thunderbolt 3 specification cable that offers 20Gbps data and 100W power. With this cable the camera can be powered from the computer as well as do the streaming function. You will still need a battery in the camera though.
