EOS R5 Mark II Screen goes blank when connected to wireless video transmitter

When taking a picture with my Canon R5II. I’m tconnected to a Vaxis Atom 500 SDI wireless video transmitter. I’m unable to use my view finder or LED screen to take the picture, the screens goes blank. I can only see what I’m taking by looking at the monitor screen. Has any one experienced this problem before? I’ve been searching for answers with no luck!

No luck with contacting them. Looking at trying another wireless transmitter that is light weight. Looking to use for photos not video

Does hitting the LCD information button on the top of the camera hep at all?
