Should I buy an EOS-1D X with 500k shutter?!?

I have a quick question: Someone near me is selling a Canon 1DX (mk. i) with batteries + cf cards for just above $300 USD. However, the body has close to 500k shutter actuations. If I recall, the shutter life of the 1DX is 400k, so I wanted to know your opinion on if I should buy it, even if it’s past its theoretical shutter life?

Here's what many are going for:

Check with a repair place to see what a shutter replacement would cost and compare the body condition with these descriptions. Then you can see if its a good deal or not.
