How is it "not working"? Is the screen frozen (i.e. won't allow settings to be changed)? Is it off (i.e. camera is on, but the screen doesn't come to life)? Is it obvious that the screen has been damaged? From what I can find, Canon will still service the EOS 6D Mark ii. Having Canon look at it is a good solution. Perhaps the folks here will have a trick to try before sending it off.

How is it "not working"?

I can no longer change settings, zoom in or out, or swipe left and right by touching the screen.

For the record, I've tried:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

This process resets the camera's internal memory and can resolve software glitches.

Turn the camera's power switch to the OFF position.
Remove the lens, battery, and memory card.
Close the battery and memory card compartment doors.
Turn the power switch to the ON position.
Press and hold the shutter button for 10 to 30 seconds.
Turn the power switch back to OFF.
Reinsert the battery and memory card, then turn the camera on.
If the camera asks for the date and time, the reset was successful.

And

Software & Settings Reset
1. Factory Reset via Menu: If the power reset doesn't work, reset the camera's settings to their defaults.
  - Navigate to the camera's setup menu (often represented by a yellow wrench icon).
  - Select "Clear all camera settings".
  - Then, go to the Custom Functions menu (orange camera icon) and select "Clean Custom Function settings".

Check the lock switch too. This can disable the touchscreen if set to the lock position.

Try switching the shooting mode to Intelligent Auto, the green [A+] mode. Can you navigate menus? Touch focus? Etc? If it still doesn’t work, then your camera probably needs service.

If testing in Auto mode corrects the problem, then you probably have a setting somewhere that is disabling it. There are multiple settings that disable the touchscreen in different ways when the camera is in different operating modes. Going from memory here.

There are setting in the AF menus that disable the touch shutter. There is a setting in the Red Camera menu to disable touch shutter.

As noted. There is a setting to program the LOCK switch to disable the screen. There could be a setting in the Wrench menu that disables the touch screen in all operating modes.
