So I decided to open it up to fix the problem. I removed the rear panel (with the LCD screen and buttons). To do that, I disconnected the 2 ribbons connected to the LCD panel, as well as the white connector with the wires, fixed my problem. Then reconnected them.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The problem is that now when I turn on my camera, I don't get a menu. My screen is on, all the functions work (flash in and out, picture taking, LEDs...) but I don't have a menu displayed on my screen.</P><P>As troubleshooting, I tried to redo twice everything to make sure all the ribbons are connected. I'm also making sure that the battery port is closed. !&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Could you please help me. Do you know how the menu is supposed to appear (which ribbons or sensor or connector is in charge of the menu...).
