Hi-- I have a R5M2. Today, I tried to do the eye calibration. In one of the first menus (when I typed in my name), the screen froze (I couldn't cancel or say OK--sorry, I don't recall the exact menu. I could only clear the menu by turning off the camera and removing the battery. Same thing happened when I tried calibration again. So I figured I'd update the firmware and see if that fixed the problem. I put in a new battery. I am at the firmware update program screen (updating 1.0.3 to 1.1.1) and for the last 15 minutes, I have a frozen screen saying Firmware Update Program. // Update Firmware? // 1.0.3 >> 1.1.1 // R5211100.FIR. The 2 buttons under the last line are nonfunctional (cancel which is highlighted, and ok which is greyed out). Thoughts?

Try turning the large dial beside the LCD clockwise a tick and see if "OK" is highlighted. Then press the "Set" button.

Super--it worked for the firmware update! Never thought that the touch screen sometimes isn't! Thanks so much for your quick reply! I didn't get the error again with calibration, so perhaps the firmware upgrade solved it. Thanks again!
