    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Rick, as i said both Bluetooth and Wifi are enabled, neither are being picked up by any other devices , including smartphone. BTW, i have used this sucessfully in the past,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. Im unable to get one of my R5 to connect to Camara Connect using Samsung Smartphone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this issue. Firmware updated today, app reinstalled today. both bluetooth and wifi enabled but the camera wont pair with the phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Additionally, my Mac does not see any Wifi or Bluetooth signal from my camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please confirm you have Wi-Fi turned on on the camera and that it is broadcasting.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't see these menus, Wi-Fi is not broadcasting.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Follow the instructions in this KB article to reset communication settings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART178144" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;EOS R5: Resetting Communication Settings&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once reset, initiate a connection on the camera and ensure you can see the broadcast with SSID name and password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: do not use a custom nickname, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://cam.start.canon/hy/C003/manual/html/UG-06_Network_0030.html" target="_blank"&gt;Canon : Product Manual : EOS R5 : Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Connection&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, I suggest you initiate an inspection / repair request with Canon.&lt;/P&gt;
