Are you using any accessories on the camera. If so are they 3rd Party lenses, flashes/ transmitters or a battery grip. If so discontinue using that item on the camera.

All native, battery,lens except for third party adapter

Stick with the Canon brand mount adapter. 3rd Party Mount adapters are nothing but trouble.
