&lt;P&gt;Try copying the file to a computer and using a free video converter program, convert the file to a format that your device can use, like .MP4. There are plenty of free video converter programs out there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My EOS 4000D is new but while trying to import an MOV file to both IOS and Android, I get a message saying the file is not supported. Why is this? And how can I change it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The EOS 4000D is not a US model, is it possible you have the US version, the Rebel T100?&lt;/P&gt;
