Greetings ,

How about a wireless remote like the BR-E1?

Wireless Remote Control BR-E1 https://share.google/FfAWnfNpkKZxDWiUE

I think it's out of stock on the Canon USA website right now, but you'd be able to buy one just about anywhere. B&H, Adorama, Best Buy, Amazon choose (ships by and sold from Amazon only).

I'm sure a wired remote is possible too. Let us know what you prefer.

EOS R6 Mark II How to start/stop video from the app

Hello.

I have the MkII. I've recently started using it for some short video. Its for sports coaching so lots of short clips. I have the (whateveritscalled) canon app on my cell phone and that's been fine but I'm annoyed to have my giant cell phone in my hand when I'm trying to throw a baseball etc.

The little shutter releases all seem to only work for photo shutter and have no video start/stop. Is there really no solution other than the app for this?
