There are a few possible types of frame grabs.</P> <P>1. Extract a still image from a movie</P> <P>The camera has no capability to extract a still image from a movie file. You can use Canon DPP software to extract a still from a movie</P> <P>2. Capture the camera menu screens</P> <P>You will need to connect the camera to a HDMI capture device to be able to capture the screens.
