Currently shoot JPEG with the R6M2. Does shooting raw with a R6M2 deplete the battery quicker? Thanks in advance.

Increased battery depletion? The difference is marginal (negligible). You won't notice. Set your camera to RAW or RAW + JPEG and start shooting. I always shoot in RAW + JPEG unless I'm doing high frame rates. Shooting in jpeg only when you could have shot in RAW (what happens). In most cases you will be doing yourself a serious injustice shooting in jpeg only. You lose about 85% of post-processing editing capability shooting jpeg only. RAW files can be edited with a much higher degree of creative control and you can convert and save them as jpegs after you've edited them to your liking. I suggest you download Canon's DPP if you don't already have it installed.
