Greetings,

Just FYI you'll get the best transfer performance using a wired connection or card reader.

Using wireless is fine but it's a little slower. I'm not sure what you mean by "tried using different levels of Internet"? For someone like me that would mean that you tried to adjust the broadcast strength of your wireless bands on your router. This wouldn't do anything or have any effect on the cameras ability to connect, unless you were beyond the broadcast range of your wireless network. 😉

Have you confirmed that your camera is connecting to your wireless router? In the camera's wireless settings you will need to select the SSID broadcast name of your wireless network, the encryption type and supply the pass key. Once a successful connection is made the camera will remember this profile for you for convenience. Once the camera is successfully connected to the same network as your computer, open the EOS utility.

Please let me know if I've misunderstood your question or the terminology being used 🙂

I have a R6 Mark ii that isn't connecting to EOS Utility on my pc wirelessly. This is a PC tower on windows 11. I have updated the camera, and I have the newest version of EOS Utility on my PC. I read that too strong of internet can throw it off, so I tried different levels of internet with no luck. I also tried turning off firewalls, and still nothing. The camera says it's connecting, but it never connects. On the PC side, the app opens but never shows the camera. Any help is appreciated. Side note, the camera connects just fine with a cord, just not connecting wirelessly.
