&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your camera.&amp;nbsp;I would ask that we try a few things to see if we can narrow down the issue some. In addition to removing the battery, could you try removing the lens and card as well as anything on the hotshoe, if applicable?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Put a&amp;nbsp;fully charged battery in only. (no lens or card) (Please use a genuine Canon battery)&amp;nbsp;You can also try these steps with a separate battery to see if the battery is possibly the issue.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Set the camera to P mode.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Power the camera ON.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Hit MENU.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the menu come up on the LCD display?&amp;nbsp; If not, the camera will need to be serviced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Canon EOS m50&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;lcd screen/ viewfinder black i have tried everything suggestions clean sensors take battery sd card try new battery &amp;amp; sd card and every comment is go to the settings menu, well how can you go to the settings menu when both lcd screen/ viewfinder finder black just no life, and the camera making a clicking noise. Does any one have any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;help would be so appreciated camera has just tuned 5 years old and well looked after&lt;/P&gt;
