My canon r7 is pixalated through the viewfinder and the images on the back off the screen are in a lower resolution than it used to be. Can anyone help me resolve this? Thanks for your help.

"the adapter is loose?" I can't think of any "adapter" you can use that's compatible with this camera that can or should cause any image pixelization in your viewfinder, or change the resolution.

Please contact support so they can go over this with you one-on-one. They're at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666) Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (ET).
