Canon EOS 1100D won't turn on after using EOS Webcam Utility version 1

The camera suddenly turn off and won't turn on again because i use canon eos webcam utility (version 1, the newer version doesn't support eos 1100d anymore). The webcam util software work for like around 20-30 minutes and then the camera suddenly turn off and won't turn on again. Did i bricked the camera or is there any fix?
