    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;15* C is 59* degrees F.&amp;nbsp; Camera would have no issues at this temp.&amp;nbsp; This is probably related to one of the following: file format, size of the file, formatting of the media or media related failure.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I realize this is generalized and covers a broad number of possible problems or issues.&amp;nbsp; One is likely the cause.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Canon R5 Freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon R5 / Canon RF 14-35 / Canon LP-E6NH / SandDisk Extreme Pro CFexpress 128GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purchased Dec 2024 as a package&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last weekend, May 17th, 2025, while shooting a band video, 3-4 mins, outside temp 15C, camera froze with image on back screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No buttons working. &amp;nbsp;Had to remove battery to restart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Video lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had shot videos before. &amp;nbsp;Possibly one similar issue before but didn’t clue in as a problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should disable wireless communications if are not actively using it. &amp;nbsp;The fact that you have never had issues before is merely a happy coincidence. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apple’s most firmware updates for iOS changes the wireless settings. &amp;nbsp;Bluetooth in most phones likes to hunt for connections when it has no active connections.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could also have issues with your memory card, as Rick noted above, especially when recording video. &amp;nbsp;A low performance card can and will cause the camera to seem to hang and lockup. As will using an unformatted memory card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought with camera, so about 5 months old&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually reformat when i upload photos to my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have started turning off WiFi when not in use. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
