    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello From Turkey,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i just bought brand new R5 mark ii after firmware update, 1 hour later my camera is not openning. I put full new battery, i changed battery i took card from inside o take off lens tryed ever possiblities but i cant manage lcd or wievfinder. And servis says main board needs to change. What should i do its new i didnt shoot any video with it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sir yes &amp;nbsp;i just bought it from dubai and i live in istanbul Turkey. Its so hard for me to go back there. I didnt shoot even 1 photo with it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can send it to the Canon representative that serves your area and they will take care of it. It should have a full Canon warranty if you bought it from a Canon authorized retailer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although it is not impossible but it is very unlikely for anyone to buy a Canon camera that is DOA. It just doesn't happen so are you sure you got a brand new camera in a sealed box from a well respected source? If not I doubt Canon will be able to help you.at least not for free.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One question why did you think you needed to update the FW on a brand new camera in the first place?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
