Canon 650D issue.

Hello I have an 650D, I haven't used it for almost an year (I stocked it neatly in my camera bag so there's no dust or moisture), it'd problem is there's an err msg on its graphics display and view finder, (as in picture)I've Tried it with or without lenses it's still the same, I can't also take pictures, access the menus. I've check the battery and it's in good condition. If anyone of you have an

Hello!, the err msg doesn't seem to have any other numbers,word. I can directly upload images here, but I have uploaded it to imgur so here's the link: https://imgur.com/a/xXnLddk

Also even with lens or not the screen is still white.

And also again, I've tried to access the menu by switching to diff modes. Also when I turn on the camera there is no led red flash near the SD card.
