Help pls pls pls

Hi all,
My Canon EOS 350D is showing Busy when i take a shot, and when i press the play button it shows "busy" and nothing is saved in CF card.
I searched how to update the firmware but i dont see the "firmware ver" in settings

pls i need some help

Don't think it's a firmware issue, suggest you remove the battery while the camera is switched on, leave it for 10 mins then try a restart....and try another memory card (formatted if possible)
