Unable to get EOS D repaired

Impossible to get my Canon EOS D camera repaired. Had I have known that repairs were impossible to get from a Company who has had, a very good reputation, I never would have or will purchase a Canon camera again. Hello NIKON.

How old is this camera?

First of all what camera do you have. There hasn’t been an “EOS D” camera been released by Canon. Are you talking about for example an EOS 6D Mark II, EOS 90D, EOS Rebel T8i/ EOS 850D, EOS Rebel T7/ 1500D/ 2000D, EOS Rebel SL3/ EOS 250D, EOS Rebel T100/ EOS 4000D. We need to know an exact camera model.
