You can download DPP from here as Brian suggested. It should recognize the OS and provide the correct version.

Corrupt Images on my 5DMarkIV

Hey there! I have a bunch of corrupt images coming out of my camera. At first I thought maybe the CF card was damaged. I imported the images first through capture one and they were corrupt, then tried through Bridge, and corrupt again. In finder they look normal however when I open them up in photoshop they are corrupt. The only thing I've been able to do to successfully is take the RAW image directly from the card reader into photoshop RAW and 98% of them end up fine that way and not corrupt, though the occasional shot opens up corrupt. I've had people suggest it could be a camera issue or the process of the images going through other softwares corrupts them. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

#CanonEos5DMarkIV

What do the pictures look like on the rear LCD screen in live view. Show us pictures of the corrupted files. What brand of CF Card are you using. Is it a reputable brand such as Lexar or Sandisk or a no name brand off of Amazon. There are lots of counterfeit CF Cards on Amazon. Have you tried a different post processing software to see if that was the problem. How are you pulling the files off your camera. Are you using a CF Card reader or are you a USB cable connected to the camera. Or are you using WiFi to move the pictures.

Image attached! Everything looks normal on the camera, didn't realize the issue till importing into my computer. The CF card was a Sandisk, I only use reputable brands for these things. I used a card reader and tried importing to 2 different computers as well as importing through bridge and capture one, shows up corrupt on all. Like I said the only way I've been able to get uncorrupted images is if I pull the files directly off the card via card reader into photoshop RAW and then save them from there. Thanks Demetrius!

I have seen similar corruptions of images in the past. In my case I found that if I opened the RAW images in Canon Digital Photo Professional (DPP) they were usually fine, but Photoshop / Lightroom showed them with corruption. I would then create a 16-bit TIFF in DPP.

You can download DPP for Mac from the Canon website.
