      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info. I called the number you gave and was transferred to support. The charge is $100 and there two alternate ways to get it done. 1) Register your camera online with Canon and put in the request, pay and mail your camera to either VA or CA. 2) Support will email you a form to fill out. Mail the camera to either VA or CA and pay later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Charlie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lac du Flambeau WI&lt;/P&gt;</description>
