EOS R5 Mark II doesn't see firmware update file on SD card

having issues with firmware update. Have downloaded the R5210200.FIR onto Sd card and inserted into camera message says memory card containing Firmware is required to update. I have formatted the card then downloaded the firmware update to the card from my computer several times and camera giving same message

If you have a CF card installed, try removing it leaving only the SD card installed.

I finally figured it out The card had to be formatted 100% on my computer The camera did not fully format the card and could not find the update.
