EOS R6 Mark II Slow-mo 4K video choppy in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hey! I need help with video settings on my new R6 mark 2. The issue is that I have selected 4K quality and it is awesome quality until I put it into premier pro. I am trying to figure out why the video gets so choppy when putting it in slomo in premier!! At normal speed it’s fine but when in slomo it is very choppy!!

What settings are you using on the camera for movie record size?

If you record in 4K 59.94 there is double the data rate of 4K 29.97 or 4K 23.98, and it is possible that your computer is not able to process it fast enough to playback smoothly.
