EOS Rebel T6i - blank screen

Hi I recently received a T6i camera and the screen has gone blank. No damage to it, no cracks nothing. Charged batteries and put in a new card. You can see in viewer that it appears to be working but no screen. I am not sure there is a way to reset with screen or if that needs to be done. Any help is appreciated!

Xnolagirl,

Does your camera have a Disp button?

Try pushing that and see if your screen comes back.

Does the red access light blink when you turn the camera on?

Do you have an HDMI cable to see if there is HDMI output?

Has the Eyepiece slipped covering the display off sensor?

Light flashes red than goes off. I will check the eye piece and let you know!
