I keep getting this message "Err 70" An error prevented shooting. Turn the camera Off and On again or re-install the battry

Are you using any 3rd Party items such as a speedlite or battery. What lenses are you using Canon or 3rd Party. If a mount adapter Canon or 3rd Party. Battery Canon or 3rd Party.
