      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the canon connect app but I am trying to use the camera for my Photo Booth business, no matter where I connect it, even to my computer or to a power outlet with a type c cable. It says busy on the screen and won’t allow me access to it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The EOS R100 was designed to connect to mobile devices through Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, support is not available for connecting the camera to a mobile device through a USB cable and / or an adapter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
