Hello,

The LCD screen on my R6 mk2 is cracked, There is no damage to the LCD screen housing or hinge. The LCD screen still functions perfectly (aside from the screen being cracked). Is this part easily replaceable? Note: I do have experience with small electronics.

I was not able to find an OEM LCD replacement, but I did find some that can be installed into the current housing.

I've tried searching forums and videos for how to do a LCD replacement but could only really find videos for the whole housing and not specifically for the R6 mk2.

Greetings ,

I suggest you send it to Canon to be repaired. 8 to 11 days later, you'll have your camera back fixed. Working good as new.
