R6 Mark II Not Recording with HDMI connected

I've noticed that the Canon R6 Mark II cannot record while connected to HDMI cable or wireless transmitter. This is a big problem since recording the feed on the computer produces low quality videos as compared to the raw ones.

Can Canon address this issue via future firmware updates?

Why do you believe your issue requires a firmware update? Is it possible that the camera does not work the way might think it works?

Is it possible the issue could be your HDMI capture device? Have you enabled “Clean HDMI” output in the camera?
