EOS R10 Tips for Waterfowl Videography

Interested if anyone has experience videoing flying birds (specifically ducks). I do a lot of waterfowl hunting and am trying to get better at filming ducks working our decoys and coming in. I have the R10 and am using the RF S55-210mm F5-7.1 lens for all my videos thus far. I have had some success with some decent videos. I am curious for best video settings for this situation (currently using AF Servo, Subject tracking at 1, and the auto video feature). Biggest issues I struggle with are focus and stability. Videos are shaky at times and camera will lose focus on birds. Any tips or thoughts on best practices for filming ducks would be appreciated or best camera settings for this situation to make things easier.

Do you have Movie Servo enabled, and do you use a tripod or monopod?
