    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Please help I teach online and my camera stopped working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My EOS R8 is not connecting to my computer anymore. I get a black window that says NO VIDEO.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've updated the cameras firmware, I got a new usb cable, and even tried using EOS webcam and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas for troubleshooting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First check that the camera is configured to act as a webcam by checking the setting in Choose USB connection app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Then make sure that the USB cable you are using supports data, some are only charge cables. Ideally look for a cable that says it offers 10Gbps data and 100W power to be sure it can do both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
