To me this looks like the top segment of the character has stopped operating. If you change to another aperture like f/8 does it still not show the top horizontal segment?

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate if anyone has ever experienced this weird defect inside the viewfinder digital display? It's a Canon 5DSr, as seen in the pictures the aperture value is incomplete inside the viewfinder. Any help would be highly appreciated, thank you!

Thank your for taking the time to answer to my question! It doesn't matter what aperture value is applied. The top & bottom vertical/Horizontal segment on the left side will still be missing.

Sounds like a problem with that character or those two sections of the character in the viewfinder display unit. Would probably require a visit to Canon service to resolve.
