EOS Rebel T5 Camera - Battery Door issues

Hello, been using this camera for a while but been having an issue with the battery door not clipping properly back in and falling open. The small latch seems to have lost it's strength over time. Any details on a fix or replacement part would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

maybe try looking on KEH or ebay? otherwise, astronauts used duct tape to repair part of the ISS

I'm sorry to hear the battery door on your EOS Rebel T5 isn't staying closed. Unfortunately that camera model is out of service life, so there are no longer repair options or parts available for it through Canon. The only option available for that camera model through Canon would be our Canon Upgrade Program.
