EOS-1D Calibration Needed

I have a canon 1D that I need calibrated but was told that canon is only working on mirrorless cameras now? Where can I send an older camera to be checked out before the wedding season starts?

While it is not true that Canon is only servicing mirrorless cameras now the 1D product line older than 1D X Mark II is beyond the service window. How do you know it needs to be calibrated? Which model do you have? Where do you live?
