EOS 5D Mark IV (Manual audio recording menu missing / Auto Mode OFF too)

I use an external microphone for interviews. I have adjusted it before with a manual setting. AUTO off. I understand menu options are not available in AUTO mode. I've tried turning the dial to every possible option mode to find the manual audio setting, but the audio option doesn't appear. It's disappeared as a choice. Please advise thanks

Good morning CBSVFX-- looks like you have been waiting a while for an answer.

The audio setting (menu option 4 in camera icon with the camera set in video mode) which shows AUTO, Select that item and then in the screen that comes up, select (set button) and you should see a drop down with options of auto, manual, and disable. If you pick manual, you can then use the sliders to select the record level. I hope that helps.
