Hello, the battery and SD memory door close properly, the battery contacts and inside the camera are clean but I also cleaned them just in case and it still doesn't work, I also changed the memory for another one and it doesn't work, I just ordered another battery to see if that's the problem but from what I've read in the different forums that doesn't seem to be the problem, I attach a link with a video I uploaded to YouTube with the problem: https://youtube.com/shorts/5HOjARSxJDY? si=8_3XqgAqGJK56vUe

As you can see in the video, the camera turns off even if I'm not taking pictures, after about 30 seconds the camera turns off, when I take out the battery and go back and put it on the camera comes back and turns on, thank you in advance for the answer

Hello, I have a problem with my 60D canon

The battery is charged and when I insert it into the camera and take some photos or enter video mode the camera turns off when I take some photos or when I record 2 or 3 minutes of video.

After that I remove the battery and go back and put it on and it shows that it is fully charged and when I take photos again or make videos it comes back and turns off after a few minutes

Have you tried another battery? I just want to rule that out.

Are the battery contacts clean both on the battery and inside the camera? Is the battery door loose to where the battery comes loose (not locked in tight?)

The 60D is 14 years old now. It might be that your camera has come to the end of its life? My 60D still runs fine, but I know it could die any day now as much as it's been used over the past 14 years. If it is the camera itself, it probably would not be worth the cost to repair - unless you know someone locally who works on camera repair.
