Hello, I just purchased a EOS R100 Body. Why does it says "Body"? Is there something else I need to get? And which is the best Memory card to get?

That's what they call the camera without any lenses attached. It's a camera body.

As far as memory cards, here are two web sites where people recommend cards for the R100:
